Founded in 1810, the quaint Village of Dublin began as an idyllic 400-acre parcel of landscape along the scenic Scioto River. The original village, known as historic Dublin, maintains its early 19th century architecture and dry limestone fences bordering its roads and many of its original buildings which are listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Over time, Dublin evolved from a rural village to a vibrant community. Dublin's students perform admirably in the classroom - with more than 90% moving on to higher education -  and extracurricular activities, winning state championships.
